Dakabin, Queensland

In 2012 Watson Park celebrated 50 years at this 134 acre site, Owned and Operated by the Seventh-day Adventist Church, Watson Park is set up primarily for the South Queensland Conference Annual Convention (Big Camp) which is held in the first week of the school holidays every September but we are open for all groups throughout the year for hire.

Watson Park boasts Hall and dining room facilities and accommodation ranging from serviced motel units to bush camping and is managed by a team of friendly Staff who are always ready to help.

With so much green space and bush tracks it can be easy to forget how close you are to the Northern Suburbs.

Watson Park is located Just 30min North of Brisbane at Dakabin. Just off the Bruce Highway (exit 138) on the opposite side to Bunnings, Westfield Northlakes and Costco. If shopping isn’t your thing, Australia Zoo is only 30min North along with other attractions such as Sea Life Underwater World, the Big Kart Track and Aussie World. For the nature enthusiasts, D'Aguilar National Park is 1hr to the west and Moreton Bay just 20min to the East, Watson Park is centrally located to everything.

Even though we are not too far from the Dakabin Train Station, due to the lack of public transport, it would be recommended that visitors have their own Transport, Busses are welcome onsite for the larger groups. Inspections are encouraged by appointment and office hours vary depending on site activities.

We look forward to your visit to our Smoke, Alcohol and Drug Free Venue.
